Deposits are required BEFORE work will begin. Deposits are for work that will be done and are non-refundable. Content and images are NOT supplied by SpaGlam, but we are more than willing to help you find content and give you resources for images. Final payment is due upon APPROVAL of the completed design. This does not mean when the website is complete, (content), it means as soon as you agree that you are happy with the look and layout of the design I create.

An invoice with the amount due (depending on the payment plan you choose) will be sent to your email address through PayPal and you will have the option to pay using your PayPal account OR do a one-time payment with your credit card through PayPal. You do NOT have to be a PayPal member to use the credit card option.

A deposit is due BEFORE work begins on your website design. Once received and verified (cleared through your bank/credit card company), work will begin. During the design process, you will be able to view the changes as they are made. Your website will be loaded on my server as the design progresses and will be available for final viewing and approval. Once final payment is received, all files will be zipped and emailed or loaded onto your server, depending upon which services you require.

If you are using the "1/2 Now, 1/2 Later" option, then the initial deposit is due before work begins. Once your design is done, the final payment then becomes due and payable before the website will be loaded under your domain name. The samples setup for your viewing are removed from my server until the final payment is completed.

The initial deposit is non-refundable and is for work that has been done. If you choose to take your business elsewhere due to any circumstance, the initial deposit will not be refunded. Once a site is complete, no refunds will be issued. Hosting payments are non-refundable. If you choose to move your site to another server, hosting costs will not be refunded.

Websites are usually completed within 7-10 business days. *This is subject to change at any time, depending on the amount of clients I am currently working with and the size of your website. I will notify you if there will be a delay in your site being completed.

Images and content used in sample sites are not included with your design, you must supply your own graphics and content for your website. If you need assistance with this, please be sure and let me know. I will give you resources for graphics.

Each website is designed around your logo and specifications and will be tailored to your business or personal needs. Your initial consultation will lay the ground work for your design and a rough draft will be presented. Once you approve the initial layout of the website, we will consult together throughout the design of your site until your final product is complete.
